What are regenerative medicine cosmetic procedures?

At the Darling Center we offer regenerative medicine cosmetic procedures.  This means we use only all natural ingredients with no toxins or man made ingredients. In general, The Darling Center does not advocate the use of any synthetic materials for looking more youthful.  We also do not advocate the use of Botox as it is derived from the Botulism toxin.

There are many ways to keep yourself looking youthful and healthy.  We offer the following different ways to reduce wrinkles, laugh lines, smoker’s lines, crow’s feet and forehead lines.  As we age, as with most other organs in our bodies (yes the skin is an organ), our bodies create less and less collagen.  As our collagen lessens, we begin to exhibit more and more fine lines and wrinkles.

How we treat fine lines and wrinkles

The best way to eliminate lines and wrinkles is to prevent them from happening.  A well balanced diet and appropriate exercise can help keep your skin youthful and vibrant.  Limiting the use of harsh soaps, chemical peels and blank will help keep your body producing more collagen which keep you looking good.  There are supplements you can take to stimulate the production of collagen.   And also lotions that are specifically designed to help keep you producing collagen.

Micro needling

What is Micro Needling?

Microneedling is a minimally invasive regenerative medicine cosmetic procedures that involves using a handheld device with tiny, sterilized needles to create precise, microscopic punctures in the skin. This process stimulates the skin’s natural healing response, leading to increased collagen and elastin production, which helps improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, and other skin concerns. The treatment is typically performed on the face, but it can also be done on other areas, such as the legs, back, neck, and other regions with damaged or aging skin. Microneedling is considered less expensive and more effective than some other cosmetic procedures, like laser treatments.

Micro needling with Stem Cell Factors

Stem Cell Factors are not stem cells but instead are molecules derived from stem cells that bind to collagen molecules and stimulate the production of more collagen.  These molecules are naturally occurring and have little to no known side effects.  Micro-needling is used to make microscopic punctures of the epidermis and allows for the serum containing the stem cell factors to penetrate the skin and stimulate the collagen to produce more collagen, thus filling in the lines and wrinkles naturally.

We recommend that you have 4 sessions one week apart for maximum benefit.  Generally you will begin to see results in 2-3 weeks and reach maximum effect after 2 months.  The results last about a year so it is recommended that you do a “tune up” once a year to keep your body producing collagen.

Micro-needling with Umbilical Cord Stem Cells

Live stem cells are the most effective form of stem cell facials.  We use only live birth placental or umbilical cord stem cells for the procedure.  Generally, you will need two sessions one month apart to achieve maximum results.

Other Regenerative Medicine Cosmetic Treatments

In addition, we offer several topical creams with stem cells in them and also another gel that uses Redox particles to stimulate collagen growth.  Generally, these take longer to show improvement and are not as dramatic a result as the micro-needling.
