Lifestyle Coaching is a relatively new discipline which focuses upon helping you learn how to live in a way that maximizes your health. Specifically we use a technique called Nutritional Therapy to assist you in determining what the best path is for you regarding food, exercise and sleep.
How does Nutritional Therapy work and how can it help you?
Our practitioners perform a thorough evaluation which includes the following:
- Initial Interview Form
- Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (300+ detailed symptom questions)
- Food and Mood Journal
Then you spend two 1.5 hour sessions with our NTP practitioner during which she develops a short term and long term care plan based on the above listed assessment tools. These tool help her suggest suitable, customized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations for you.
With these results she takes a deep dive into each person’s 6 Foundations of Health-
- Digestion and Elimination
- Blood Sugar Regulation
- Fatty Acids
- Mineral Balance
- and Hydration
This begins your path to healing. As an NTP she considers that each one of us has different genetic and environmental factors that can affect these foundations-not a one size fits all approach. She works closely with her clients to give them the tools and assurance to transform their life using a holistic approach to clean foods and lifestyle. The length that her clients work with her is variable and each person is different. She looks forward to working with you.
