For those facing obstacles, a lifestyle coach can help to make the journey an easier and more sustainable one. Lifestyle coaches provide support, guidance, and accountability to help people who wish to make positive changes in their lives.

Lifestyle Coaching is a relatively new discipline which focuses upon helping you learn how to live in a way that maximizes your health.   Specifically we use a technique called Nutritional Therapy to assist you in determining what the best path is for you regarding food, exercise and sleep.  

How does Lifestyle Coaching work?

Our practitioners perform a thorough evaluation which includes the following:

  • Initial Interview Form
  • Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (300+ detailed symptom questions)
  • Food and Mood Journal

Then you spend time with our practitioner during which she develops a short term and long term care plan based on the above listed assessment tools.  These tool help her  suggest suitable, customized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations for you.  

With these results she takes a deep dive into each person’s 6 Foundations of Health-

  • Digestion and Elimination
  • Blood Sugar Regulation
  • Fatty Acids
  • Nutrition
  • Mineral Balance
  • and Hydration

This begins your path to healing.  We recognize that each one of us has different genetic and environmental factors that can affect these foundations-not a one size fits all approach.  She works closely with her clients to give them the tools and assurance to transform their life using a holistic approach to clean foods and lifestyle.  The length that her clients work with her is variable and each person is different. She looks forward to working with you.

Life coaches also often begin with a longer initial session to gather information about the client’s life goals, obstacles that have gotten in the way, mindset and behaviors that have been helpful or harmful to the client.

Subsequent sessions are designed to prioritize the client’s strengths and values, visualize their future, and learn science-backed strategies for cultivating happiness.

The point of coaching is constant progress, so sessions are geared to nurture your strengths and use that learning to get you forward in an effective, practical way.
