Full Membership

This agreement describes the California Full Membership program and fees.

  • Unlimited doctor visits. A one year commitment is required.
  • Unlimited messaging with our great staff.
  • No blood draw fees
  • All optional services receive a 5% discount (except for specialty labs)
  • Optional services: For those patients with high deductible insurance, HMO insurance or no insurance, you may obtain twice a year basic lab panels which include CMP, CBC, female or male hormones, and thyroid testing for an additional $20 per month. An Advanced Lipid Panel is a one time charge of $50.00 with a monthly lab membership (a savings of $70 off our retail cost).

Our practice is what is known as a Direct Primary Care practice. As such, we do not take insurance for payment. Fees are as follows:
One hour Initial Consultation: $600.00
30 minute initial Consultation: $300.00

This agreement describes the California Messaging Membership program and fees.

  • Two 15 minutes visits with Dr. Darling for a reduced cost of $99.00 per visit. (Normally $150.00)
  • All optional services receive a 5% discount (except for specialty labs)
